Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of the 21-Day Subliminal Reset. They form a contract between you (the customer) and us (the seller). Please read them before purchasing. By purchasing the program, you confirm you have read and accept these terms.

1. About us

The 21-Day Subliminal Reset is sold and delivered by Justo Cesar Cruz Rosario, sole trader, registered at Arnhem, Netherlands. KVK registration pending. Trading as JDJ Wellness. Contact: support@justdivinejourney.com.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our merchant of record. This means Lemon Squeezy handles the transaction, the receipt, and EU VAT on our behalf. The product itself is sold by us.

2. The service

The 21-Day Subliminal Reset is a digital audio program consisting of:

• 21 guided subliminal audio sessions, approximately 15 minutes each
• A frequency-matched version of each session
• 21 daily journal prompts
• An integration guide
• Lifetime access to all materials, including future updates

The program is delivered through Kit (our course delivery platform). After purchase, you receive a welcome email with access instructions and your Day 1 link.

How the program is made. The voice you hear in the sessions is our own, recorded by us. The underlying music is licensed from royalty-free sources. We used AI tools only to help write and refine the text, including the affirmations and the journal prompts. We would rather be clear about how the program was made than leave you wondering. This does not change what the program is or how you use it.

3. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the program. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this age requirement and you accept these terms.

The program is intended for general wellness and personal-development use. It is not appropriate for everyone (see section 9 on health and safety).

4. Pricing and payment

The current price for the 21-Day Subliminal Reset is shown on the landing page at 21dayreset.carrd.co and at checkout. We may change the price at any time, but you pay the price shown at the moment you complete checkout.

Lemon Squeezy collects payment at checkout in the currency displayed (euros by default). EU VAT is added at the rate applicable to your country if you are a consumer in the EU; EU businesses with a valid VAT-ID may use reverse charge; non-EU purchases are zero-rated. The receipt Lemon Squeezy issues is your official tax invoice for the purchase.

We accept the payment methods Lemon Squeezy supports (major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and others, depending on your country).

5. Delivery

After your payment is confirmed, you receive a welcome email within a few minutes that contains your access link. If you do not receive it within an hour, check your spam folder, then contact us at support@justdivinejourney.com and we will resend.

The program is delivered as one daily release across 21 days. Once delivered, each day's content remains in your account permanently as part of your lifetime access.

6. Refund policy and EU right of withdrawal

Standard EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) gives consumers a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, this right is waived by the consumer at the moment of purchase, on the condition that the consumer has been informed of the waiver and consented to it.

By completing your purchase, you expressly agree that delivery of the digital content begins immediately upon purchase, and you acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal for that reason. This waiver is required because the product is delivered digitally and immediately; we have no way to "return" digital content that has been delivered.

That said, we offer refunds in these specific cases:

• Technical issues within 14 days of purchase. If you cannot access the content because of a delivery problem on our side, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, contact us at support@justdivinejourney.com for a full refund.
• Duplicate or accidental purchase. If you purchased twice by mistake or were charged in error, we refund the duplicate purchase. Contact us within 14 days.
• Material misrepresentation. If the program is materially different from what is described on the landing page in a way that we have not made clear, we refund. Contact us within 14 days and explain what you expected versus received.

We do not refund for:

• Change of mind after the content has been delivered
• Disagreement with the program's approach (subliminal audio is the product as described; if you would prefer a different methodology, this is not the product for you, and we ask you to consider this carefully before purchasing)
• Not completing the 21 days
• Results-based dissatisfaction (we make no claims about specific results; see section 9)

Refunds, when issued, return to the original payment method. Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.

7. License and ownership

You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to access and use the 21-Day Subliminal Reset materials (the audio, the journal prompts, the integration guide) for your personal, non-commercial use only.

This means:

• You may listen to, journal with, and apply the program to your own life as much as you want, for as long as you want
• You may not share, redistribute, copy, upload, resell, or otherwise make the materials available to other people
• You may not use the materials in any commercial setting (your workplace, your own course, your own product, your own social media beyond personal sharing of the fact that you are doing the program)
• You may not modify, remix, or create derivative works from the audio or written content
• All intellectual property in the materials remains with us

If you want to share the program with someone, send them to the landing page so they can purchase their own access.

8. Acceptable use

When you use the program, you agree not to:

• Share your access credentials with anyone else
• Attempt to download and redistribute the audio or written materials
• Circumvent any access controls (paywall, account requirements, etc.)
• Use the program in any way that is illegal in your jurisdiction

If you violate these terms, we may revoke your access without refund.

9. Health and safety disclaimers

The 21-Day Subliminal Reset is a wellness program, not medical or psychological treatment. It is designed to support nervous-system regulation and personal reflection. It is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

Please do not use the program if any of the following apply:

• You have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, or have ever had an unexplained loss of consciousness
• You are currently experiencing a mental health crisis (suicidal ideation, psychosis, severe dissociation, acute trauma response)
• You are diagnosed with a serious psychiatric condition and your treating professional has not approved supplementary self-directed programs
• You are pregnant or breastfeeding and have not consulted with your healthcare provider about supplementary wellness practices
• You have any condition that makes audio-based relaxation or meditation contraindicated for you

Never listen to the audio while:

• Driving or operating heavy machinery
• Engaged in any activity that requires alert attention to your physical safety

If you experience distress, unusual emotional responses, or physical symptoms while using the program, stop immediately and consult a qualified healthcare provider.

The program is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, medical treatment, or any professional health service. If you are dealing with serious distress, please reach out to a qualified professional. For mental health crisis support in the Netherlands, contact 113 (telephone) or 113.nl. For other countries, contact your local crisis line or emergency services.

10. No specific results claimed

We make no claims, express or implied, about specific results you will experience from using the program. Individual experiences with subliminal audio and self-directed wellness practices vary substantially. Any testimonials or case studies on our marketing materials reflect those individuals' subjective experiences and are not representative of typical results.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch and EU consumer law:

• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the program (including missed work, missed events, emotional distress beyond ordinary inconvenience, etc.)
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of the program is limited to the amount you paid for the program
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. EU consumer law gives consumers rights that override contractual limitations; nothing here is intended to limit those.

12. Account and access termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms (section 8). We will notify you by email before terminating access for any reason other than urgent safety issues.

If you wish to delete your account and end your access, contact us at support@justdivinejourney.com. Note that account deletion is permanent and we cannot restore access later (we delete the account when you ask us to).

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes (changes that affect your rights or obligations), we will notify you by email at the address you provided at purchase, and the changes take effect 30 days after notice. If you do not accept the changes, you may continue to use your existing access under the previous terms until you stop using the service, but new purchases will be under the updated terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If a dispute arises that we cannot resolve directly, the courts of Arnhem, Netherlands have jurisdiction, except where Dutch or EU consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
